First most of hosting service provide a one click wordpress install. If you choose a hosting provider with the one click install, I think the problem is already resolved. after you host your account login into your control panel. try to find software and application (or something look like this. Depend of the hosting service you are with)  in your control panel, Click on it than find the wordpress link and  select it and hit install. IT S THAT EASY.

Go to the wordpress website wordpress.org download the last version it will be a zip file uncompress it. you can use 7-Zip it s a free software. point your browser to the directory where you upload your file :  yoursitename.com/wordpress (if you put your files in wordpress directory) than the install process will begin. You need to have a mysql database name and username ( you should create your database from your contril panel. In your control panel you will find a icon for database, you create one with a user name and password)

Just follow the install proces and it will be done in less than 1 minute.
